1Marketing Communications Project Manager
The Marketing Communications Project Manager will provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to Communiqué USA clients. The position reports to the Account Director and duties and responsibilities include:
  • Develop marketing programs and strategies for various client programs. Work collaboratively with diverse clients to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
  • Develop social media strategies, plans, and programs for various clients.
  • Coordinate communications projects with vendors, agencies, and contractors for the development and production of promotional materials, collateral, or other related marketing or communications materials and programs.
  • Provide writing and editing support for all internal and external communications pieces.
  • Assist in developing new revenue sources through the development of new and existing clients.
  • Review and edit existing materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems.
  • Excellent people skills and a demonstrated ability to work with different personalities and work styles. Have an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Superior professionalism, judgment, and work ethic.
  • Minimum 2-3 years agency experience and 3-5 years digital experience.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing communications and/or marketing.

2Marketing Communications Project Coordinator
The Marketing Communications Project Coordinator will provide a broad range of marketing and communications administrative support to Communiqué USA Project Managers and clients. The position reports to the Account Director and duties and responsibilities include:
  • Support marketing programs and strategies for various client programs.
  • Coordinate communications projects with vendors, agencies, and contractors for the development and production of promotional materials, collateral, or other marketing or communications-related materials and/or programs.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials for internal and external communication pieces.
  • Coordinate direct mail programs and work with vendors to ensure direct mail pieces ship on time without mistakes or errors.
  • Assist team with the preparation of new business pitches.
  • Develop timelines, budget tracking spreadsheets, and create action item summaries.
  • Review and edit existing materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other Communiqué team members on client projects.

3Graphic Designer (Contract)
The Graphic Designer position will produce graphic designs for materials used in visual communication to support to Communiqué USA and its clients. This position reports to the Communiqué USA Account Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Designs art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media such as books, magazines, newspapers, Internet websites, television, and packaging.
  • Works with a range of media, keeping up to date with emerging digital design technologies.
  • Adheres to clients’ budget and client’s project requirements.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
  • Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, font style, size and digital requirements.
  • Leads in creating information design concepts that will visually present data-rich content in an aesthetically pleasing and easy to comprehend format.
  • Plans content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service.
  • Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and esthetic design concepts.
  • Responsibilities may also include the following:
    • Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
    • Specialize in particular field, medium, or type of layout.
    • Produce still and animated graphic formats for on-air and taped portions of television news broadcasts, using electronic video equipment.
    • Photograph layouts, using camera, to make layout prints for supervisor or client.
    • Develop negatives and prints, using negative and print developing equipment, tools, and work aids to produce layout photographs for client or supervisor.
  • Attend scheduled team status meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other Communiqué team members on client projects.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years demostrated design experience with online portfolio required. 3-5 years’ agency experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is required.
  • Superior creativity skills, with the ability to conceptualize new visual or graphic designs and initiatives to communicate to target audience. Able to develop unique designs that convey a recognizable meaning on behalf of the client.

4Marketing Communications Content Writer (Freelance)
The Marketing Communications Content Writer will provide a broad range of communications and marketing content support to Communiqué USA and its clients. This position reports to the VP of Client Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the implementation of the Communiqué USA marketing plan, including, but not limited to, providing content for digital marketing initiatives, award submissions, speaking opportunities and community initiatives.
  • Create content for Communiqué USA marketing campaigns as needed across various media including traditional advertising, email, website, and social media.
  • Provide content writing and editing support for client internal and external communications projects as assigned.
  • Evaluate and build upon existing communications strategies for various client programs as assigned.
  • Develop content ideas and messages for various clients as assigned.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies and contractors for the development of content materials or other related communications projects.
  • Ensure that Communiqué-branded content work is relevant, engaging and effective.
  • Review and edit existing materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Interface with clients and their cross-functional departments as part of the Communiqué project team, as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with other Communiqué team members on client projects.
  • Attends Communiqué USA monthly team status meetings, annual retreat and other meetings as required.
